Our fleet consists of various combinations to be versatile,
servicing the customer requirements. For certain applications, dedicated equipment is acquired and applied. Dedicated
vehicles and also client specific branding on alliance business.

 

Fleet consist of the following:

  • 1.3 Ton Utilities for LTL shipments

  • 8 ton closed body vehicles with 56 cube capacity

  • 6m Skeletal trailers for 20`ft Containers

  • 12m Skeletal trailers for 40`ft Containers

  • 12m Skeletal trailers fitted with Genset`s for 40`ft Reefer Containers

  • 12m Tri-axle slider trailers for 20`ft heavy containers and flush docking bays

  • 12m Tri-axle flatbed trailer for conventional/palletized cargo

  • 18m S-Link flatbeds and Tautliner trailers for conventional / palletised cargo

  •  

    12m Tri-axle side-lifter to position 20`ft and 40ft containers

  • on the ground at client premises

  • 45 Ton Reach Stacker to handle full containers at our depot

  • 2.5 and 7 ton forklifts to handle cross docking of loads

Vehicle Maintenance and Driver Requirements

We take no short cuts when it comes to ensuring the safety of our drivers and others on the road. Equally, we know how important your goods in transit are to you.

​

Day to day trailer inspection is carried out at our depot by our own team. All vehicle services are carried out by agents. Tyres are serviced, maintained and managed by our service provider who keep track and record of tyre maintenance.

​

We ensure vehicle roadworthiness at all times and have a regional and national support network to attend to all occurrences in a fast and efficient way.

Owner Driver Scheme

​

We currently have 42 owner drivers which mean that your goods are transported by a person with a vested interest in the business. 

​

This is empowering individuals to become a small business owner. In-X-Trans assist them by providing the following;

​

  • Managing their workflow (Ensuring sustainability)

  • Managing their admin (Invoicing, supplier recon)

  • Provide them with In-X-Trailer to carry out deliveries

  • Providing diesel

  • Providing supplier services like maintenance repair and tyres
